With a Master’s Degree in Social Work and as a Certified Addictions Professional, I have been helping people with depression, addiction, relationships and much more for 30+ years.
My goal is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this together by providing a neutral safe space, listening to and exploring your concerns, and individualizing a treatment plan together.

I love this quote by Schuller because it makes me believe in the endless possibilities of life! Unfortunately, we can forget the good and become depressed, fearful, and anxious. Through counseling and treatment, we are able to help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.
The picture showcases a sculpture from Burning Man. The sculpture depicts two people at odds, but their inner children want to reunite. I find that this is very symbolic of the relationship issues many face. I work with all types of people facing these issues such as LGBTQIA+ couples to familial relationships. Therapy sessions are held in a supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to better strengthen your relationship and connection.
In my 30+ years in this profession, I have treated all sorts of addiction, such as addiction to drugs, alcohol, food, etc. Addiction is often a result of a trauma that one has experienced in the past and the addiction becomes a coping mechanism. When an individual feels he or she has a problem with addiction I provide support, encouragement, and a safe therapeutic environment where this issue and the past traumas may be explored and resolved.
